If you don’t want to go the gym, I would recommend buying a treadmill or any other work out equipment, but if you don’t want to spend money on equipment, you can always go for a small run around your neighborhood and do cardio workouts in your house. After about a week of going for small runs, try to make your runs a little more lengthy. Hope this helped! (:
